WOW, if this no longer falls under the term of “Patina” then I don't know what will!
Offering a 1964 VW Bug with an incredible patina.
The Bug is original in march 1964 delivered straight off the production belt in the German factory in the color “L390 Gulf Blue” and that in combination with the original “59 Derby grey/ 75 silver beige” interior makes her different! Why different? The colour Gulf Blue is used between 1961 and 1963 on the bug’s, so there is no other reasonable explanation that this was a special order for this 64!
Of course she has been used and you can clearly see that. At the end, this bug physically tells her story and gives her a certain character, which is very charming to her.
The bug was technically checked before the sale and repaired where was necessary. Think of: Brakes, engine, electro, fuel system, gaskets, battery, welding work etc.. Everything that was needed has been done. Of course for a car of 57 years old there will be always be room for improvement.
She currently has swedish papers. But with this age she is free in NL road tax !

WOW, als dit niet meer onder de noemer “Patina” valt dan weet ik het ook niet meer!
Hierbij bied ik aan een Kever van 1964 met een geweldige patina.
De Kever is origineel in maart 1964 in de duitse fabriek van de band afgerold in de kleur “L390 Gulf blue” en dat in combinatie met het nog originele “59 Derby grey/ 75 silver beige” interieur maakt haar appart! Waarom appart? De kleur Gulf Blue is tussen 1961 en 1963 op de kever gebruikt. Het kan haas niet anders dit deze kleur een speciale bestelling was voor deze 64er!
Uiteraard is ze gebruikt en dat zie je duidelijk. Al met al verteld deze kever toch fysiek gezien haar verhaal en geeft het haar een bepaald karakter wat haar uitermate siert.
De Kever is voor de verkoop technisch nagekeken en gerepareerd waar nodig. Denk hierbij aan: Remmen, motor, electro, brandstof systeem, pakkingen, accu, laswerk etc.. Alles wat nodig was, is gedaan. Uiteraard voor een auto van 57 jaar oud blijft er nog altijd ruimte voor verbetering.
Ze is momenteel voorzien van zweedse papieren. Met haar huidige leeftijd is ze in NL wegenbelasting vrij!
